Jessica Meister Bio
Jess Meister is a Calgary-based transformational guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with their power and awaken their inner wisdom. She wears many hats—Radical Redirection Coach, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer, and Yoga Instructor—and weaves them together to create profound, heart-centered experiences that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.
Her journey into healing work began in 2018, when she made the courageous decision to walk away from a 12-year corporate career. What started as a pursuit of fitness and wellness soon deepened into a spiritual calling—one that led her through depression, soul-searching travels, and ultimately, to sound and somatic healing.
In 2019, everything changed when she first stepped into what was then known as Amarylis—now StarLight Portal. It was here she experienced her first sound journey—a moment that cracked her open and planted the seed for the work she now offers.
In 2021, Jess began facilitating sound healing using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and also became a certified yoga instructor, trained in Costa Rica. Her path continued to expand, and in 2023, she became Breath Master Certified and a 9D Breathwork Facilitator, deepening her ability to guide others through powerful inner transformation.
Her sessions now combine all these modalities—breath, sound, movement, and mindset coaching—offering a dynamic and holistic approach to healing and personal growth. With a trauma-informed lens and a fierce devotion to truth, Jess creates safe containers where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to remember who they truly are.
