By purchasing a Crystal Bowl Appraisal from StarLight Portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Required Materials: You agree to provide the following:

   • Clear photographs of the Crystal Tones bowl (top, side, and bottom views)

   • Close-up images of all internal labels, etchings, or identifiers

   • A copy or photograph of the original purchase invoice

2. Purpose: This appraisal is intended for personal insight, insurance documentation, or resale positioning. It is not a certified legal valuation or appraisal for tax or estate purposes.

3. Scope of Appraisal:

   • Estimated current market value based on current retail pricing, rarity, and condition

   • Observations on energy pairing, aesthetic uniqueness, and market demand

   • Evaluation based solely on the submitted materials and public valuation resources

4. Non-Certified Estimate: This is a professional opinion based on extensive experience with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. It is not a guarantee of resale value or a formal certification.

5. Turnaround Time: You will receive your appraisal report within 5–7 business days from the date we receive all required documents.

6. Non-Refundable Fee: The $55 CAD fee covers the review, research, and written valuation. It is non-refundable once purchased.

7. Use at Your Own Risk: StarLight Portal and its representatives are not liable for how the appraisal is used or interpreted by third parties (e.g., resellers, insurers, collectors).
