I’m a Master Hypnotherapist, Energy Healer, and Intuitive Reader, continuing a long family line of readers and spiritual workers that stretches back through generations. My work is rooted in deep connection—to self, spirit, and the natural rhythms that guide our healing.

Hypnosis is one of the core tools I use to help clients shift from within. It allows us to access the subconscious mind, where old patterns, trauma, and belief systems are stored. Through guided hypnosis, we gently uncover and release what no longer serves, making space for healing, clarity, and empowered transformation. Whether it’s anxiety, confidence, or life direction—hypnosis helps reconnect you with your inner truth.

I also work with sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes. Everything in the universe has a frequency, including the human body. When we experience stress, trauma, or emotional imbalance, our natural vibrational state can become disrupted. These sound tools work by sending resonant frequencies into the body, helping to recalibrate your energy field and bring the nervous system back into balance. The vibration of the bowls, the grounding pulse of gongs, the precision of tuning forks, and the delicate tones of chimes all support the body’s return to a state of harmony. This vibrational work often brings calm, clarity, and deep emotional release.

In addition to hands-on healing and hypnosis, I offer intuitive card readings and channeling. These sessions provide insight, spiritual guidance, and clarity, especially in times of transition or emotional challenge. Messages that come through—whether from guides, ancestors, or your higher self—can bring awareness to what needs healing and illuminate the next steps on your path. The act of being seen and supported in this way is often healing in itself.

By blending ancient wisdom, intuitive practices, and energetic tools, I support deep, soulful healing for the mind, body, and spirit.
